1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the services provided by Dongguan Heqi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our tube bending equipment and related services.
2. EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES
Our precision tube bending machines come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal operating conditions.
WARRANTY COVERAGE INCLUDES:
- • Servo control system components
- • Mechanical drive systems
- • Electrical control panels
- • Precision tooling and fixtures
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made without authorization.
3. SERVICE OBLIGATIONS
We provide comprehensive technical support including installation, training, and maintenance services. Our 7×24H response mechanism ensures minimal downtime for your production operations.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are established based on order value and customer creditworthiness. Standard payment schedule requires 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 60% before shipment, and 10% upon completion of installation and acceptance testing.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All proprietary technology, software, documentation, and technical specifications remain the intellectual property of Dongguan Heqi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.
Customers are granted a non-exclusive license to use our technology solely for operating the purchased equipment. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing our proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment within the warranty period. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of production, profits, or business interruption.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the equipment. Customer assumes responsibility for proper operation, maintenance, and safety compliance.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
For international customers, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
